By submitting an entry to the motorcycle adventure photo contest, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Entries must be original, taken by the contestant, and not infringe upon the rights of any third party. All submitted photos may be used by The Helmet Center for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to, newsletters, social media, and website content. Entrants retain ownership and copyright of their photos, but grant The Helmet Center a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the submitted photos. The winner will be selected by The Helmet Center’s panel of judges and will be notified via the contact information provided. The $50 gift card prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The Helmet Center reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest if circumstances arise beyond our control. By participating, entrants release The Helmet Center from any liability in connection with the contest. This contest is open to participants aged 18 and older. Void where prohibited by law. The contest deadline for photo submissions is August 31st, 2023.
